Our Production Quality Assurance is maintained through several methods such as, but not limited to, Incoming Inspection, In-process Inspection and Final Inspection.

Incoming Inspection:
This process includes the careful scrutinizing of products as they are received from manufactures and suppliers to ensure they are as ordered, not defective and that the product meets our stringent standards.

In Process Inspection:
This process includes tracking of all work orders through a bar code system in order to have trace ability on each item at anytime during the creation of the assembly. A systematic check of the "Specs" or "Bill of Materials" is performed assuring that the assembly is being correctly built as required.

Final Inspection:
This process includes the testing of all assemblies in our Quality Control Department.

WE TEST EVERYTHING!!

Our test equipment calibration is contracted out as recommended by our Quality Assurance consultant.

We utilize a wide variety of test equipment. Our most recent addition includes state-of-the-art comprehensive "Cable test Horizon 1500 Wiring Analyzer".

Cat-5 & Cat-5E Patch Cords are tested for continuity with a tester incorporated into the crip machine. Cat-5 tests are performed periodically using a Lancat V class II tester at lengths exceeding Cat-5 parameters. We test at 350' using a Benchmark 350' M/F Cat-5 assembly and putting randomly selected patch cables from our production though the full scan. We have never had a failure in this test.

Non-measurements related equipment is rigorously maintained though an in-house program set up by our Quality Assurance Consultant.

Once tested at Quality control, the item is then sent for one last inspection in our Shipping department before being packaged and labelled as a GSNetworks product.

ALL GSNETWORKS PRODUCTS ARE 100% GUARANTEED.
